Palmetto Real Estate & Homes

This lovely park in downtown Palmetto is the site of Palmetto´s first Post Office, a classic Carnegie Library, the Manatee County Agricultural Hall of Fame and a wedding chapel. Several public parks with athletic and picnicking facilities are available.
Palmetto is just a few miles away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and Manatee County´s inviting public beaches. It goes without saying that Palmetto anglers find happy fishing grounds in the Manatee River, the Gulf of Mexico and the numerous bays in the area. Not only do we try to retain a family-friendly atmosphere, but our city government is sensitive to the needs of the business community as well, and we strive to create a business-friendly environment.
